   Fried Catfish:  Two catfish fillets rolled in cornmeal and fried served with french fries.  $10.99

  Tropical Grilled Salmon:  An 8 oz. salmon filet grilled and basted with our ginger teriyaki sauce and topped with a cool pine-apple served with your choice of two sides.  $11.50
